  • You play a key role in implementing the global procurement strategy in the Netherlands
  • You challenge procurement requests and offers to be compliant and achieve the necessary service level / quality for the best price
  • You are responsible for ordering materials and services for all our subsidiaries
  • You create purchase orders in SAP after you received the request via JIRA or email
  • You conduct tenders and challenge existing relationships which were not negotiated so far
  • You are the local focal point for all employees regarding their purchasing needs in our Amsterdam office
  • You collaborate in an international environment with colleagues from Germany and Bulgaria as your teammates in Global Procurement
  • You collect local demands and support the strategic guidelines to find global suppliers
  • You constantly improve the processes to provide the best possible procurement experience to all employees
What do we want from you?
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Initial experience in procurement, vendor management, or financial services
  • Understanding of procurement processes within a regulated industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to support vendor due diligence and risk assessments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Team player with willingness to learn and grow in a highly regulated environment
  • Confident use of Atlassian Suite (JIRA + Confluence)
  • Very good written and spoken English
