Oversee monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and ensure accuracy.
Lead the annual financial planning process and maintain internal control standards.
Manage cost accounting, budgeting, and cash flow to improve capital efficiency.
Review business plans and investment proposals; provide financial insights and feasibility analyses.
Advise management on key financial decisions, investments, and risk management.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle tax filings and strategy.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, including payment planning and follow-ups.
Reconcile financial records and support the annual audit process.
Continuously monitor financial performance and suggest improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards.
Proficient in Visma Online (or similar accounting software).
Fluent in Chinese and English (Dutch is a plus).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
CPA or other financial certifications are a plus.
