- Define the playbook: Set the sales strategy and tactics for your market, implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth from Mid-Market clients in the DACH
- Build a strong sales culture, leading your team to exceed established revenue targets and role model Challenger sales and sales rigor
- Leverage your industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers to support your team's sales efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure the team is delivering the highest impact
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to provide feedback and insights, drive product enhancements and new product launches, and align on market positioning
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring alignment with strategic plan
- Represent Reddit in the DACH market by speaking at key industry events
- Collaborate with the broader Mid-Market international leadership team to drive scale & growth across all international markets by setting a joint strategy, balancing resources, and building for scalability
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring alignment with strategic plan
- Lead on broader EMEA Mid-Market projects to identify opportunities for further acceleration and jointly build scalable processes
- 8+ years of experience in digital media sales, demonstrated success in building a scaled book of business and overachieving sales targets. Leads by example, defining the playbook by which their team will operate.
- Strong people leader with 1-3 years leading sales teams, balancing retention with attracting new talent. Passionate and inclusive people manager who is dedicated to fostering an inclusive team culture.
- Key understanding of the Mid-Market sales channel in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Has a customer-centric approach, a strong sales mentality, and commercial acumen
- Strong sales rigor & pipeline management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply those insights to overcome or anticipate headwinds and ensure the team is working on top-priority opportunities.
- Experience building high-performing teams, can inspire and motivate relentless optimism
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships that will further the success of the org and its clients
