- Detail out mechanization/process designs which will act as main fundament to build the future state process
- Serve as the point of contact and expert for Mechanization and large-scale improvement projects for internal departments, Suppliers and customer relations.
- Translate complex process changes into IT requirements
- Development and implement solutions collectively with Program management to meet business requirements
- Continuously search for opportunities to improve future process
- Ability to present complex solutions to various in and external stakeholders
- Manage projects within agreed timelines and budget
- Lead by example; be supportive and don't be afraid to challenge yourself and your colleagues.
- As an expert in Logistic Engineering, share knowledge and expertise in our engineering community and with our extensive operational teams
- With you vast experience in larger Projects you are capable to keep the helicopter view even under pressure.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Technical Logistics
- +5 years of experience in an Engineering role within large Mechanization and automation projects
- Strong conceptual thinker, strong in analytics
- Strong in communication verbally and in writing ( English and Dutch )
- Curiosity to explore complex Logistics solutions
- Demonstrate Ownership in Engineering projects, strong stakeholder management
- Able to present with impact and have a good sense of urgency
- Capable to adapt and cope with a continuous changing environment and a demanding customer
- Experienced in project management and Lean
- MS Office365: expert MS Excel; proficient i2n MS Visio. Experience with AutoCAD is an asset
