In this role, you combine leadership with logistical insight and work together with your team to build an efficient, future-proof operation.You get it doneYou are the key link between the warehouse and your team. In this dynamic phase, you contribute to the design of processes and ensure their optimal execution. You know exactly how to get the best out of both people and processes in an environment where technology and logistics go hand in hand. Thanks to your leadership and sharp eye for detail, customer expectations are exceeded every single day: you're on it.How you do this? As an indispensable part of our operation, you are the right hand of the warehouse supervisor. You're fully in tune with everything happening on the shop floor - from daily routines to unexpected challenges. With your deep understanding of both processes and people, you know how to deploy available resources in the most effective way. You plan ahead, anticipate peak periods, and make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. This ensures a smooth and streamlined workflow, directly contributing to the achievement of KPIs, delivery times, and quality standards. You're not just coordinating, you're also inspiring, guiding, and stepping in where necessary. Thanks to your clear overview and decisive actions, the operation continues to run like a well-oiled machine. You achieve this by:
- coordinating daily outbound activities in an automated environment;
- promptly identifying and resolving operational disruptions;
- acting as the first point of contact for your team and the warehouse supervisor;
- contributing to process optimisation and customer-focused improvement projects.
- proven experience leading teams in a logistics environment (preferably 3PL);
- affinity with automated processes and systems;
- willingness to work in shifts or a two-shift schedule;
- good command of the English language.
