
Manager, Regional Merchandising (Train)

- Create and drive the strategic direction for the responsible categories across the EMEA region.
- Build and/or guide the product architecture for consumer centric, brand enhancing, and profitable assortments.
- Build seasonal business plans in accordance with long range plans for both EMEA and Global, inclusive of pricing and segmentation.
- Lead the Go-To-Market milestones applicable to drive strategic growth for the responsible categories, inclusive of line architecture, lifecycle planning, concept execution, and seasonal flow.
- Present the seasonal strategy to both small and large audiences throughout the go-to market process.
- Stay agile and contribute to strategic idea generation based on changes of the consumer demand and behavior in season.
- Use market insights, consumer insights, and business analytics to give valuable and clear briefs to the global and EMEA cross functional teams to further develop product offerings and identify future season opportunities.
- Regular market trips to understand and analyze the Brand's execution, competition, and trends across EMEA and to develop expertise in the target consumer.
- Foster strong relationships with cross functional teammates including Sales, Visual Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Operations, Regional Merchandising, and global teams to deliver against brand & seasonal strategies.

- Knowledge of non-US markets, ideally attained through living/working in Europe.
- Ability to work in an international environment with a clear understanding of cultural differences.
- Proven quantitative capabilities to assess data, identify trends, and define actions to drive results.
- Ability to self-start and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to establish an independent view while effectively collaborating in decision-making forums.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Fluent in English.
- University degree
- 8+ years of global merchandising and/or product management experience, primarily gained in non-US markets, preferably within the sports apparel industry
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
- Return to Work Designation: Starting in October, teammates are required to work on-site for 3 days per week. This will increase to 4 days per week beginning January 2026.
