Food & Beverage Supervisor - BANQUETS

- You will work closely, and assist the Banquets manager and other supervisors in the day to day operations of the Banqueting. Supervising both front and back of house operations.
- Maintain an exquisite guest service, and lead staff to do the same,
- You will be responsible for the ‘set up’ list and delicate all tasks.
- You will resolve any guest compliment within a professional manner.

- Consistent achievement of the service standards and quality.
- Accomplish change, you will work closely with the Banquets Manager to achieve improvement.
- You follow all the safety and security policies and procedures of the company.
- Complete opening and/or closing duties.
- You have a strong knowledge in hotel, leisure and/or service sector. Preferably a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Record of success in Operational Group, Conference & Events departments, with the focus on delivering profit, managing control costs, and building customer loyalty.
- GC&E Operations experience in a managerial position in hotel and/or events center.
- You have strong communication, and exceptional leadership skills, to create a winning team.
- You are courteous, professional, and are a master in organization.
- You are exceptional in managing change of any situation.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or any other language is appreciated.
