- Acquire knowledge of our Audio Visual products and services to articulate features and benefits to potential customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales.
- Provide pre-sales support by answering product-related queries and guiding customers through the sales process.
- Order Processing:
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, French or German.
- Nice to have; experience in inside sales, preferably in the Audio Visual Industry.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
