- Lead the design and implementation of OTSM processes such as change management and incident management, ensuring that they are effectively integrated with the IT systems.
- Spearhead the ServiceNow integration, ensuring it aligns with the client's specific needs while optimizing their Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to interface with IoT platforms.
- Take ownership of creating and demonstrating proof of concepts during client proposition trajectories, showcasing the value and feasibility of OTSM solutions.
- Collaborate closely with global Capgemini Engineering colleagues to deploy global services, ensuring a consistent and scalable approach to client needs.
- Certified in ServiceNow web services with multiple years of experience in ITSM.
- Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and schema definition.
- Knowledge of OT environments and their integration with ITSM systems.
- Strong communication skills to work with clients and global teams.
- Ability to lead and design complex systems in manufacturing settings.
