Senior Integration Specialist - LoyaltyAs the Senior Integration Specialist - Loyalty, you will help drive architectural best practices within our global loyalty ecosystem. You will play a crucial part in owning domain expertise and working with architects and engineers in establishing a best-possible global digital architecture. You will be working to integrate multiple data sources into our global loyalty platform while working with fellow architects to bring to life and maximize the platform's capabilities to meet our long-term loyalty vision.How you will help us:Based in our Hoofddorp headquarters and reporting to the Associate Director - Data Engineering, as part of the role you will:
  • Drive the development and architecture of our Loyalty platform. You will collaborate with software architects and engineers to design and implement solutions using various systems within our overall architecture that meet the business requirements and align with best practices while also ensuring optimal performance, data accuracy, and scalability.
  • Champion continuous improvement. You will stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in loyalty program engineering and data management and continually deliver new and well-documented designs that are scalable, performant, and withing industry norms.
  • Own solution documentation. You will collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements, translating them into technical requirements, documenting all new features in Confluence and maintaining technical documentation and user guides.
  • Support knowledge sharing within the team. You will meet weekly with project managers to stay informed of new and upcoming projects and you will aid in the training and guidance of other team members on best practices for using our platforms effectively.

  • Experience implementing loyalty programs for CPGs: Minimum 5 years' experience in implementing, managing and integrating promotion engines into loyalty programs along with e-commerce systems and strong proficiency with Talon.one or other MACH Loyalty tooling software
  • Proficiency in Salesforce: You have a strong track record of solutioning and developing within Salesforce products, specifically SFCC.
  • Expertise in API-led and event driven architecture. You have demonstrable experience in leveraging webhooks and APIs into global, high availability systems.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes: You have a strong grasp of various data transport and ETL processes and methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills: You have experience working with product managers on creating technical solutions for product requirements and are able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organization skills, proactive and flexible: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are an effective problem-solver.
