
Electrical Resident Engineer- Data Centres

- Coordinate with client, Arup engineers, and contractors on building services work details, materials, workmanship, compliance, and site progress.
- Supervise and lead the Building Services Inspection Team for T&C, mockup inspections, factory visits, etc.
- Report and resolve design or installation issues.
- Monitor and report contractors’ performance and workmanship.
- Track work progress and attend regular or ad-hoc site meetings.
- Respond promptly to contractors’ technical queries in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Report regularly to Head Office and support Project Engineer/Manager in site progress reporting.
- Perform any other tasks as required by client and Head Office.
- Degree in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Not less than 5 years of relevant working experience including 2 years on-site experience in Electrical and Building Services construction works.
- Knowledge of Dutch regulations including the NEN 1010 and NEN 3140.
- Collaborative approach with the Arup engineering team and client-side site teams.
- Proactive risk identification to ensure safety and design compliance on site installation.
