Je werkt samen met planners, werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders.Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Zorgen dat benodigde vergunningen, machines en gereedschappen beschikbaar zijn en aan de eisen voldoen.
  • Onderzoeken van de oorzaak van problemen die een nieuwe werkorder vereisen.
  • Overleggen met toezichthouder/werkvoorbereider over extra benodigde handelingen en zorgen dat deze uitgevoerd worden.
  • Controleren of problemen zijn opgelost samen met de operator en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan elektrische installaties en standaard instrumentatie.
  • Ontdekken en zelfstandig repareren van storingen en het documenteren van uitgevoerd werk na reparatie of controle.
  • Meehelpen in de fabriek met klein mechanisch werk.
Kwalificaties
  • Je hebt een MBO4 diploma in een technische richting OF je hebt een MBO3 diploma in een technische richting plus minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Bij voorkeur een opleiding in de richting Electrotechniek/ Electronica of Instrumentatie
  • Kennis en ervaring met PLC is een pre
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands
  • Kennis van de Engelse taal
Vaardigheden
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen - Vaardigheid om de oorzaak van problemen te onderzoeken en effectieve oplossingen te vinden.
  • Onderhoudsvaardigheden - Ervaring met preventief en correctief onderhoud aan elektrische systemen.
  • Zelfstandigheid - Vermogen om storingen zelfstandig te ontdekken en te repareren.
  • Mechanische vaardigheden - Basisvaardigheden in mechanisch werk om in de fabriek te kunnen helpen.
