What's the role?:We’re looking for a hands-on ML/AI Operations Specialist, who can act as a thought leader to help us design, build, and scale the data and model infrastructure that powers high-impact decisions across our Global Bid Management team.In this role, you won’t just manage datasets. You’ll build the backbone of our AI and ML systems, ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of models, and create scalable data pipelines that connect insights to action.   • Design and deploy ML/AI infrastructure – Build pipelines for data ingestion, model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Operationalize machine learning – Take models from notebooks to production with performance, reliability, and governance in mind.
  • Modernize our data architecture – Own the infrastructure that transforms raw data into real-time insights, ready for both analytics and ML use cases.
  • Drive ML initiatives – Work across teams to define, implement, and optimize ML-enabled workflows.
  • Ensure reproducibility and scalability – Implement ML-Ops best practices for versioning, automation, and environment consistency.
  • Optimize processes using ML – Use machine learning to streamline key business operations and remove bottlenecks.
Who are you?:Technical Skills
  • 5+ years in ML engineering or AI operations roles
  • Proficient in Python and SQL; experience with ML frameworks and AI architecture patterns (eg. RAG)
  • Experience using and building with AWS Bedrock, Vector Databases, Agentic Applications and ML-Ops tools
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms
Operational & Soft Skills
  • Track record of deploying and maintaining production-grade ML systems
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action
  • Ability to articulate concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to lead projects from design to execution
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting sales, operations, or enterprise SaaS business models with AI/ML models
