- Manages legal and contractual aspects of the store portfolio (±45 stores across Belgium and Luxembourg)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing partners
- Lead lease negotiations for new locations and renewals
- Develop and implement strategic expansion plans aligned with business growth ambitions
- Oversee ongoing optimization of store locations, including outlets and sub-brands
- Collaborate with retail operations to monitor store performance
- Contribute to retail strategy as part of the BELUX management team
- Proven Experience: Over five years of experience in commercial real estate, with a solid understanding of the retail industry regarded as a strong asset.
- Deal Maker: Relies on a well-established network and trusted industry relationships to successfully navigate and close lease negotiations
- Legal & Administrative Strengths: Possesses deep expertise in commercial lease agreements and real estate administration. Operates with precision and attention to detail
- Multilingual Communicator: Fluent in Dutch, English, and French, enabling seamless communication with internal teams, landlords, and external partners across regions
- Hands-On & Field-Driven: Comfortable working in the field, travelling actively to assess potential locations, meet with landlords, and collaborate with peers across international hubs
