
Regional Sales Manager Benelux

- Define and monitor Funnel Management KPIs for the dealer network, creating actionable improvement plans.
- Identify and address deficiencies in dealer inventory, placing orders for sales and stock volume, including demo cars.
- Monitor periodic dealer reports, provide progress updates, and advise on improvements to management.
- Collaborate with the local Finance Partner Team to define and follow up on preferred financial solutions, building action plans based on feedback.
- Execute annual, quarterly, and monthly activation and launch plans with the marketing and sales activation team.
- Supervise dealer financial statements, including margin, return on sales, and overall profitability.
- Deliver daily sales reports and periodical market analysis reports to management.
- Diagnosing commercial and funnel management metrics at the regional or dealership level, providing solutions and actions for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective financial retail solutions.
- Maintain smooth and effective communications with dealership partners and support the growth of sales volume and market share.
- Master's degree in business administration, Marketing or related education.
- Minimal 8 years of working experience as Sales Manager or Retail Manager in the Automotive industry

- In-depth knowledge and passion about the European automotive industry's brands, products, and technologies.
- Self-motivated with excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapidly developing, dynamic environment and partner effectively with cross-border/cultural teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently in the Benelux market, maintaining close connections with partners and HQ.
