You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, including Telecom Engineers, RF and Antenna Engineers, Embedded Engineers, and FPGA Design Engineers. This is your chance to lead the charge on complex R&D projects, coordinate expert teams, and ensure every milestone is achieved with excellence.   • Lead and oversee projects, ensuring timely execution within quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, technical requirements, and resource allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify technical dependencies and mitigate potential risks.
  • Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  • Drive design reviews, testing strategies, and validation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards in telecommunications and hardware development.
RequirementsTechnical Qualifications Required
  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience on the project management role, preferably within R&D setting.
  • Strong background in communication technologies and hardware engineering.
Skills & Abilities Required
  • Expertise managing complex projects that span hardware, software, and system integration.
  • Confident in navigating uncertainty, experienced in mitigating risks, and making significant progress toward goals, even when faced with unclear or evolving circumstances.
  • Ability to coordinate a distributed team of 10-15 engineers working in dynamic environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements for telecommunications and hardware products.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for learning, who thrive on expanding their knowledge beyond their subject matter expertise.
