This is a short-term contract opportunity ideal for someone who understands digital retail, has solid merchandising experience, and enjoys working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Act as the main merchandising contact for eTail sales teams and key digital accounts.Build well-curated, strategic product assortments aligned with regional sales objectives.Allocate inventory to marketplace partners, ensuring optimal sell-in and sell-through.Contribute to accurate forecasting and respond to in-season performance trends to meet inventory goals.Support the seasonal Individual Buy Plan (IBP) process and ensure alignment with broader merchandising strategies.Conduct post-season analysis to guide future product and investment decisions.Monitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive and commercially relevant.Requirements:1.5 to 3+ years of experience in merchandising or buying, ideally with a focus on digital or eTail environments.Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data to drive decisions.Solid understanding of the footwear and/or apparel market.Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders.A flexible mindset and proactive approach to solving problems in a fast-paced setting.What's in it for you?Exposure to a dynamic, global brand at the forefront of digital retailCollaborative and innovative team cultureHybrid working model
