From small meetings to large parties, you ensure that all events run smoothly and manage the Banqueting team with great passion! You have boundless energy and know how to convey this to the team in a fun way. During meetings and events, you are the point of contact and ensure that everything is arranged down to the last detail. This means you will need to liaise effectively with various departments such as Groups & Events, Front Office, Technical Services and Housekeeping.Stressful situations? Not for you! You are good at planning ahead and know how to deal with ad hoc issues in the right way. Your role will also include creating schedules, conducting job interviews and proactively attending internal meetings.WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT SUPERVISOR?
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • You are proactive and good at planning ahead.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and preferably another language.
  • You are flexible and also available in the evenings, weekends and on public holidays.
  • Do you have experience in the hotel industry or have you completed hotel training? That's a nice plus!
