Join us in securing over 200 businesses and be at the forefront of automated offensive security.Your role:As a Engineering Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the direction and day-to-day operations of the Product & Engineering team. This entails providing mentorship to a dedicated team of engineers, ensuring their professional growth, while leading the development and implementation of our longer-term roadmap and vision. In addition, you will get to work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the delivery of high-quality, scalable software, promoting best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies along the way. Finally, you'll oversee the hiring process to retain top engineering talent and manage our remote and hybrid teams, ensuring cohesion and collaboration across regions and departments.What you will do as an Engineering Manager at Hadrian:
  • Lead a team of talented engineers. You will be responsible for managing and developing your team, empowering them to achieve ambitious goals and unlock their full potential.
  • Work with a diverse tech stack – we build low-level, high-performance tools in C++ and Go, but also web APIs and front-ends with .NET and TypeScript.
  • Play on your experience to contribute to architectural decisions, and broker consensus among stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, product management and hacking.
  • Take on a unique challenge. We’re on a mission to uncover the most urgent security flaws in our customers' attack surfaces in real-time. You’ll help us build our innovative platform, operating at an internet-wide scale.
You are fit for this job because you:
  • Have 7+ years of experience in building software.
  • Possess 2+ years of experience as a people manager within an engineering organization.
  • Have a background in cybersecurity.
  • Are an excellent problem solver with critical thinking abilities.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Share
and work in accordance with them.Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with any of the following programming languages: Go, TypeScript, C#, or Python
  • Familiarity with technologies like Kubernetes, KNative, and Apache Kafka
  • Expertise in scaling databases, especially PostgreSQL and Neo4j
  • Experience managing remote and hybrid teams across multiple regions
  • Experience with data engineering and/or ML/AI
  • Experience contributing to open source software
