  • Sourcing and attracting candidates using targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Supporting the recruitment process by identifying and matching top talent with suitable opportunities.
  • Qualifying and conducting interviews with candidates.
  • Managing the interview process with candidates.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Enhancing training and development content at Human Capital.
  • Attracting new candidates and clients by creating social media content and job advertisements across platforms like Linkedin, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Developing creative strategies to grow our online presence and strengthen audience interaction.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with access to a stable internet connection and a personal laptop.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week.
