Internship: AI Integration in Procurement Processes

• Assess existing procurement processes to identify inefficiencies or manual tasks suitable for automation.
• Research and evaluate AI tools (e.g., machine learning, NLP, RPA) that can enhance procurement operations.
• Co-develop a phased roadmap for integrating selected AI tools into procurement tasks.
• Analyze the relationship between technical product classifications and customs codes.
• Design and implement a standardized system to ensure accurate HS code assignment, reducing shipment delays.
• Define KPIs to measure the impact of AI integration (e.g., processing time, error rate, shipment delays).
