You and your team focus on shaping and delivering company-wide communication projects and content. You will coordinate priorities, coach your team, and also roll up your sleeves to deliver high-quality communication that informs, engages, and strengthens our reputation.This is your daily actionYou will turn our communication priorities into clear, actionable plans and see them through from concept to completion; ensuring our channels, formats, and content are consistent and effective, while actively contributing to their creation and improvement. You will also work closely with other departments, senior management, and colleagues across countries to align and deliver impactful communication.
- Translate communication priorities into clear, actionable plans and oversee their execution.
- Lead projects and campaigns end-to-end, while actively contributing to content, events, and tools.
- Keep communication channels, formats, and materials relevant, consistent, and up to date.
- Organise and oversee company-wide communication events in cooperation with other departments.
- Advise senior management and the Executive Board on communication matters with practical and timely input.
- Coach and develop your 5 direct reports, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality work.
- Collaborate with international colleagues, General Managers, and department heads to align efforts across countries.
- Monitor results and drive improvements to increase effectiveness.
- A university-level education in communications, journalism, or similar.
- At least 10 years' relevant experience in an international or retail organisation.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
- Excellent oral and written command of the English language, and preferably one or more other European languages.
- An annual bonus based on company and personal performance
