Because only then can we continue to improve.You get it doneContributing directly to the training and development of employees in a dynamic logistics environment: you're on it.How you do this? As a training specialist, you ensure that employees from various departments are well-prepared and trained to work with our logistics systems, including the Warehouse Management System (WMS). You combine your teaching skills with hands-on experience by delivering training sessions at different sites across the Netherlands and online. At the same time, you're closely involved in the implementation of the WMS for new DSV clients, ensuring your training aligns with the latest workflows. You achieve this by:
  • delivering classroom and online training to employees across various roles and sites;
  • continuously updating and improving training materials to reflect the latest system and process developments;
  • coordinating and scheduling training sessions in collaboration with multiple sites and departments within DSV;
  • collaborating with engineering and actively testing training programmes to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.

  • a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in supply chain, business economics, engineering or similar, along with 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or warehouse logistics;
  • excellent command of the English language;
  • strong communication, presentation and organisational skills, along with a confident personality and adaptability;
  • the ability to understand processes quickly, pick up new systems with ease, and solid knowledge of MS Office;
  • and last but not least: you're eager to travel to one of our sites to deliver training.
