  • Perform book-keeping and maintain all financial records of group companies in Oracle/local accounting software.
  • Formulate general ledger and closing reports by inputting in-depth details of the company’s transactions.
  • Assist with balance sheet analysis, tax calculations, and financial statements.
  • Maintain records for tax purposes and prepare tax declarations by assessing financial
transactions based on FTA regulations.
  • Perform reconciliations and other transactions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate balances on a regular and timely basis.
  • Communicate with other departments for finalization of financial transactions and obtain the closing documentation.
  • Coordinate with intercompany entities to ensure intercompany transactions are correctly recorded in the system and are free from any discrepancies.
  • Support the Financial Controller in the month-end and year-end closing and analysis of books.
  • Support the External & Internal Audit process by providing required information.
  • Comply with all internal policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all financial systems and reports are running correctly.
  • Support the Financial Controller by providing ad hoc information and reports when needed.
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities based on business needs.
We expect you to have:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and other departments.
