To strengthen our Finance team in Tilburg, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as Finance Business Assoc Analyst. Responsibilities:The Financial Analyst NLC is responsible for financial analysis and (improving) management reporting for the international market and the Netherlands Logistics Center. You will be responsible for analytical and reporting activities, ensuring they are carried out efficiently, effectively and in line with group guidelines, best practice and local regulations.
  • Controls stock KPI’s, calculates and analyzes the stock in detail and reports accordingly.
  • Analyzes the cost structure, identifies focal points of inefficiency and streamlines processes accordingly.
  • Develops a routine of periodical reporting for management regarding operations financial results.
  • Ensures item costing is up to date and purchase price variances are thoroughly analyzed.
  • Builds a budget for various departments and performs budgetary control over the company's expenses.
  • Conducts project feasibility analysis and support in the business decision-making process
  • Analyses labor costs, structure of shifts and wage components.
  • Assists the Manager FP&A on group reporting and periodical reporting requests.
  • Provides complete, concise and accurate information to facilitate an effective decision making process
Qualifications:
  • HBO level is required, preferably in the field of economics. Masters degree is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar analytical, international position is required. Affinity with IT is highly preferred with previous systems implementation experience.
  • Excellent Excel skills. Experience with Oracle, IBM Controller and TM1 is highly desirable.
  • Excellent level of English is required. Experience in Dutch language is preferred.
