Then this interface-role as Product Manager could be the perfect fit for you.De functieAs Product Manager, you serve as the key interface between Product Management and the R&D-, Product Development-, and Business Development teams.You will ensure that the products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to the customers. You will be accountable for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept development through to market launch and successful customer adoption, supporting the VP of Product Management in defining the strategy, roadmap, and priorities.Your key responsibilities are:
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of internal product development projects from concept to production, ensuring alignment with global expectations and achievement of internal milestones;
  • Monitor project progress on a daily basis, reporting any delays or issues to the VP of Product Management, and proposing appropriate mitigation plans;
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to identify potential synergies and dependencies between products, aiming to optimize development processes and reduce costs;
  • Support the VP of Product Management in defining and managing the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and customer needs;
  • Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape;
  • Translate customer and market requirements into clear technical specifications for the R&D and Product Development teams, as well as external partners when necessary;
  • Work closely with R&D, Product Development teams, and external partners to prioritize features, plan releases, and manage trade-offs;
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Sales , Marketing and Application teams to ensure successful product launches and consistent messaging;
  • Support product demos, application and pre-sales activities, and customer discussions to align expectations and gather valuable insights;
  • Monitor product performance, usage, and customer satisfaction post-launch, and recommend improvements in collaboration with the Field Service and other Application team members;
  • Promote and support continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.
The location of this vacancy will be the region Eindhoven (The Netherlands). Jouw profiel
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Engineering, Optics, Electronics, Industrial Systems, Automation, or a related field;
  • You bring 5-10 years of experience in project- or product management, ideally within the semiconductor sector;
  • Experience in application support and in developing semiconductor process or metrology tools is a strong asset. A semiconductor quality mindset is a must;
  • Experience as an engineer in cleanroom environment is a plus;
  • Solid understanding of systems engineering and high-tech product development cycles, from concept to deployment;
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Experience working with agile or iterative product development methodologies;
  • You are a self starter with hands-on mentality;
  • Strong analytical mindset, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Dutch, Spanish, French) are a plus.
