Are you ready?About your roleAs a Supply Chain consultant, your role will include the following;
  • Business process design, supply planning, demand planning to deliver business transformation
  • Implementing Supply Chain solutions for various clients in the CPG, retail and logistics industries
  • Proven experience in process consulting – process maps, leading workshops, solution definition and validation
  • Demonstrable expertise in functional processes relating to Supply and demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, and overall inventory management business process
  • Delivered on end-to-end programme from requirements gathering, blueprinting, solution design, configuration and data migration, business process and functional specification creation, test strategy and go-live preparation.

  • Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
  • Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
  • Have hands-on experience with supply chain solutions: Kinaxis, O9
  • Advise clients on supply chain management solutions aligned to business objectives
  • Assess existing landscapes for identifying problem areas and help articulate future state to fulfil business needs
  • Make solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements
  • Enable process excellence/ business process advisory. Help define best practices capability architecture.
  • Ability to build customer relationship, drive consulting business growth
  • Contribute to Go-To Market Strategy, Supply Chain Service offering development
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to build relationships with senior business stakeholders
  • Can audit existing ecosystem and suggest strategies for optimization
  • Are a self-starter, able to effectively lead workshops, work in matrix team structure and assume front end roles at client location
