  • Supporting Arvato in achieving and maintaining operational quality levels and certifications (e.g. ISO, TAPA-A, Business Continue Management, IATA);
  • Managing and maintaining quality management systems such as SharePoint, Peoplenet (SAP), and ISO9001;
  • Developing and monitoring KPIs and work instructions, and providing support to operations in adhering to these standards;
  • Conducting root cause analyses for quality failures and preparing risk analyses to document potential risks;
  • Informing and advising the Operations Manager through reports and improvement actions based on analyses;
  • Preparing, guiding, and supporting internal and external audits in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have completed a relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
  • Work experience in the field of quality management (basic knowledge ISO 9001) or application management;
  • With your communication skills you know how to mobilize everyone within Arvato to a higher level of quality;
  • Project-based work and thinking in processes is your second nature;
  • You perform best in a dynamic high demanding environment;
  • Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with SAP and SharePoint is a plus;
  • Good communication skills in English and Dutch language.
