In this role you will be a key driver in shaping the future of our HR strategy within the Commercial department of our company. By working closely with leadership and the HR team, you will help optimize our operations, establish strategic HR policies, and guide organizational development. You’ll act as a trusted business partner to the CRO and COO, translating the HR strategy to business processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operations Officer by building a trusted partnership that supports leadership decisions and drives business outcomes.
  • Align HR strategy with the objectives of the markets to ensure effective workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Drive and implement HR initiatives and change programs such as restructuring, cultural transformation, and continuous improvement projects in collaboration with division leaders.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and provide strategic, evidence-based solutions to leadership.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues to strengthen team capabilities and ensure consistent, high-quality HR support across the organization.
RequirementsWhat we're looking for:
  • 10+ years of HR experience, of which 5 years in Strategic International HR roles.
  • Proven track record of facilitating organizational change and establishing effective HR policies.
  • Experience with Leadership development & understanding of various organizational models, including those tailored to support local teams, and insight into how different business functions collaborate and integrate.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use HR data for strategic decision-making.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and a practical, pragmatic approach to implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of organizational sensitivity and persuasiveness.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a flexible "let's get it done" mentality.
