- Managing facilities such as contracts with service providers
- Managing outgoing and incoming invoicing
- Stock management and contact with customers and suppliers
- Organising meetings, events and team-building activities
- Ensuring a representative and well-functioning office environment
- Organising business trips and HR-related tasks
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Knowledge of financial administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other office tools
- Proactive, independent and solution-oriented
- Social and accurate
