  • Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage venues, ensuring impeccable service and timing for every guest.
  • Use your deep knowledge of F&B management to lead the team, offering personalized recommendations and driving an exceptional guest experience.
  • Keep the venues pristine and perfectly set, ready to host guests with style and efficiency.
  • Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth, seamless service as the Food & Beverage Operations Lead.
  • Handle staffing, scheduling, and operational duties with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Resolve guest concerns and operational challenges with grace, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in food and beverage management, particularly as a Food & Beverage Operations Lead, is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
