We do not offer visa sponsorship.For one of our clients near Rotterdam, an International company within technology and telecommunications, we are now looking for an HR /General Affairs Manager. Successful candidates should bring a strong HR experience within the Dutch market, at least 1-2 years of managerial experience and preferably good Dutch language skills.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead the full HR lifecycle: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on Netherlands & UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement employee engagement, well-being, and performance initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, as well as monitor HR metrics (turnover, absence, performance)
  • Oversee office operations, facilities, and workplace environment to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Main Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience within HR – minimum 2 years of managerial experience
  • Higher Education in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional fluency in English (Dutch would be a big plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Netherlands & UK employment law and payroll processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience with SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Living nearby Rotterdam and willingness to work mainly onsite
