- Assessing program impact: This might involve critically analyzing data across multiple datasets, recognizing key insights based on the data, identifying areas for development and research and creating improvement strategies.
- Support with the continuous reviewing and improvement of learning and development measurement approaches: This includes researching predictor variables of learning success and ROI, benchmarking other measurement approaches in the field and coming up with informed suggestions of how to improve our measurement strategy
- Day-to-day learning admin tasks, such as enhancing training materials and communication pieces, managing communication for leadership programmes (via email), and supporting specific delivery moments of the several leadership programmes.

- The internship is fulltime
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- It can be a practice-oriented internship or theoretical research internship (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- You will be based in the Head Office in Amsterdam
- During your internship, you have the flexibility to work from home/in a hybrid setup/on-site, for two days a week
- You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
- You are a student at WO/master level in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Educational Sciences or Business Administration
- You are full of ideas and have a strong willingness to learn new things
- You have a proactive mindset and enjoy taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
- You are flexible and able to prioritize tasks/projects
- You have an international mindset
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrolment for the current academic year from you.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
