  • Providing professional legal advice to senior management, board members, and business units regarding the Company’s obligations, rights, risks, and privileges.
  • Reviewing supplier and customer agreements/contracts, especially related to logistics and customs clearance.
  • Managing the legal affairs of holding companies, including the establishment and dissolution of subsidiaries.
  • Collaborating with departments such as HR, Admin, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and others to ensure legal compliance in all projects.
  • Supporting internal teams to enforce corporate procedures and policies.
  • Monitoring and summarizing legislation relevant to the business, and communicating key updates.
  • Managing or supporting dispute resolution and litigation processes.
  • Assisting the Tax and Finance departments during audits or tax inspections.
  • Coordinating with external law firms for legal projects and litigation matters.
  • Translating legal documents and legislation when required.
  • Providing labor law support to the HR department, including procedures and compliance.
  • Delivering internal training on new and updated legislation.
Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer in EU with minimum 3- 5 years post qualified experiences in reputable legal practices
  • University Degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
  • Good command of English (listening, speaking & writing) and Dutch
  • A basic understanding of EU law and Strong knowledge of Dutch Civil Code, Company Law, Labor laws and relevant litigation experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work in a structured and autonomous manner.
  • Confident in delivering legal presentations and internal training.
  • Comfortable coordinating with external partners (e.g., law firms, regulators).
  • Strong networking and influencing skills.
