- Train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff to deliver their best, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Contribute to menu planning, inventory control, and daily specials to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Step in as needed to prepare and present high-quality dishes, showcasing your culinary expertise.
- Proven experience in a similar culinary leadership role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for team development.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and best practices.
- A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required.
