Your mission is to turn every visit into a unique experience. As Bartender, you’re the face of HitchHike: approachable, passionate about mixology, and ready to inspire your colleagues to create moments that last through our drinks menu. A bartender with style, taste, and skills. You know how to serve an experience in a glass, but also how to inspire a team and run a bar like it’s your second home. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep cool under pressure, and stay positive and professional at all times.You bring
  • At least 2 years of bar experience in a vibrant hospitality environment
  • Extensive mixology knowledge and a passion for surprising creations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to train and inspire others
  • An eye for taste, presentation, and that extra touch
  • Solid skills in stock management and cost control
  • A flexible mindset – evenings and weekends are your playground
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English

  • An attractive salary above the Dutch Hospitality CAO; €2,593.53 gross per month (based on full-time, 38 hours per week)
