  • Troubleshoot machinery issues to ensure uninterrupted operations;
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on both mechanical and electronic equipment;
  • Collaborate with the 11 team members to address technical challenges and optimize machinery performance;
  • Take the lead in resolving issues related to drive technology within the logistics process;
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify potential problems before they escalate;
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge;
  • Document maintenance activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Vocational education and thinking level, providing a solid foundation for technical problem-solving;
  • Strong technical skills, with a preference for familiarity with warehouse management/production systems;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or English, enabling clear communication both verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to independently identify and resolve problems, demonstrating self-reliance and initiative;
  • Proficient communication skills, capable of explaining technical matters clearly and providing actionable advice on defects;
  • Availability for early, afternoon, and late shifts as well as occasional weekends, ensuring coverage for operational needs;
