Work will be mainly related but is not limited to Electrical and Instrumentation.Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are:
- Alignment and interaction with other work preparators and scheduler
- Alignment and interaction with PMC
- Alignment and interaction with Technicians E&I
- Constant alignment and interaction with Supervisor
- Develop high quality work package and prepares work orders in MMS, based on TOS (Technical Order Statement) defined work scope in fault report or work request.
- Planning Realistic duration time of individual tasks in work orders
- Updating duration time of standard jobs/PM plans based on actuals.
- Preparing basic work permits based on work scope and work execution tasks.
- Discuss job content and timing with suppliers.
- Ensures alignment for cross disciplinary work.
- Reserving and ordering materials and services in MMS
- Discuss and handover work packages with Technicians and productions.
- Participation in regular (daily, weekly) maintenance planning meetings
- Ensure proper follow-up on returning unused parts to stock.
- Upload and connect documents to equipment.
- Request quotations and based on that provide a cost estimate.
- MBO E&I Engineering (Level 4 or higher).
- 5 years of relevant experience in electrical equipment maintenance in a petrochemical environment.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical and instrumentation equipment
- Advanced knowledge of electrical distribution, transformers, control valves, flow transmitters, UPS systems, lightning and cathodic protection.
- Sufficient knowledge to work independently in the factory on the electrical and instrumentation components if needed.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English languages.
- A good team player.
- Flexible, analytical, stress resistant.

- Being able to talk to and/or correct team members on attitude and behavior issues.
- High safety and quality awareness.
- Be able to handle confidential information.
- Good social and team skills.
