Are you a creative Product Designer who enjoys making easy and smart user experiences?Would you like to work in an international team and help improve how people use digital payment products around the world? If yes, we would love to hear from you!What are you going to do?We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Payments Design team in our new Amsterdam office. You will work with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to create payment experiences that are simple and user-friendly.
  • Design easy and reliable payment experiences for users and workers;
  • Help with product ideas and decisions;
  • Turn difficult problems into simple solutions;
  • Lead design work from start to finish;
  • Make sure the design is high quality across all platforms;
  • Work with research and data teams to understand user needs;
  • Use and improve the company's design system;
  • Give and receive feedback in a team;
  • Follow brand and design rules.
Please note: This role collaborates with US timezones, and meetings are expected to be taken until ~7.30 pm - 8 pm 1-2 days per week. Due to this, we offer the flexibility of a later start and later finish a few days per week to balance the hours. What do we offer?
  • Salary between €4,800 and €5,300 gross per month, based on a 40-hour temporary contract;

Where will you work?You will work for a well-known international company in the mobility industry. The company helps people travel from one place to another and also delivers food from restaurants to customers. What do we ask?
  • 3+ years of experience designing mobile apps;
  • Good skills with design tools (Figma is preferred);
  • Experience working in fast-moving teams;
  • Knowledge of payment systems or financial services is a plus;
  • A strong portfolio showing your design work;
  • Ability to solve UX problems and create smart solutions;
  • Able to work independently and manage your own projects;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Skills in prototyping and motion design is a plus.
