· Maintain up-to-date inventory records across all channels and partners.· Reconcile stock variances and investigate discrepancies.· Ensure inventory documentation is audit ready.· Monitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.· Work closely with third-party logistics to ensure timely and accurate stock flow.· Liaise with Demand Planner and Supply Chain.· Monitor inventory levels at both sites to prevent overstocking or stockouts· Schedule and coordinate regular replenishment cycles based on product movement and forecasted demand· Assess replenishment frequency to minimize transport expenses while maintaining availability· Identify slow-moving or overstocked items and propose redistribution or phased consumption plans· To support Order management to respond to customer enquiries about stock availability with accuracy and professionalism· Generate weekly/monthly reports on inventory, availability, and issues.· Support planning and forecasts for launches and key campaigns.· Track stock KPIs (e.g. days cover, shrinkage).· Partner with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Demand Planning to provide updates and support.· Support trade shows, product launches, and replenishment programs as needed.· Perform regular stock audits to ensure physical inventory matches system records· Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through thorough analysis and root cause identification· Prepare audit reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations· Monitor adherence to stock control policies and flag deviations proactively· Collaborate with internal audit or finance teams during formal review processes· Maintain documentation to support audit trails for traceability and accountabilityImmediate start for an internationally well-known clientFull time role
  • Demonstrated expertise in inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and retail supply chain processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage and analyse large datasets with accuracy.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organised, and process-driven, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and optimising inventory flow.
  • 2-4 years in stock control, merchandising, or inventory roles in FMCG, retail, or beauty.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers, stock systems, or ERPs like NetSuite is highly desirable.
