- Make strategic product-level decisions covering testability, manufacturing, cost, applications, and support features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design chips with DFT and DFM for rapid production release.
- Partner with Customers, Marketing, and Sales to define products, roadmaps, and schedules.
- Manage engineers to achieve customer, schedule, and budget goals.
- Drive additional projects based on changing business needs.
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)
Contract: 12 months, with potential for extension

Join a global R&D hub shaping the future of edge computing and digital design.About the role:We are hiring Senior Digital Verification Engineers for the Omega Project; a new R&D initiative focused on developing a next-generation Wireless Interface. Join a skilled team of 30 engineers and contribute to a high-impact, cutting-edge design verification project.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-silicon verification for IP modules, subsystems, and SoC top-level
- Define and execute verification strategies using SystemVerilog/UVM and C/C++
- Perform RTL, power-aware, and gate-level simulations
- Develop testbenches, debug environments, and analyse coverage
- Collaborate with architecture, hardware, firmware, and software teams
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on digital verification experience
- Strong knowledge of SystemVerilog, UVM, C/C++, and scripting (Python, Perl, TCL)
- Solid understanding of SoC architecture and verification methodologies
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and with structure
- Must be based in the Netherlands (no relocation support)
- Fluent in English
- A degree in Electronic Engineering (PhD preferred).
