Then this Operator position in the field of Industrial Engineering is the right job for you! What are you going to do?As an operator, you play an important role in the production process. After a full training period, you will work independently. You will make sure that the machines run smoothly, solve problems quickly, and monitor the product quality.Your work helps improve the entire production process a key part of Industrial Engineering!Your tasks will include:
  • Operating and adjusting machines
  • Monitoring product quality
  • Solving technical issues or malfunctions
  • Logging production data and results
  • Working with team leaders, quality control, and technical staff
  • Doing basic machine maintenance (like adding oil or greasing parts)
  • Keeping your workspace clean and safe
What do we offer?
  • A full-time position in a 3-shift system
  • Gross monthly salary between €2,437.07 and €3,100,-, depending on experience
  • Shift allowance up to 21%
  • Travel allowance, pension, and vacation days
  • Possibility of a permanent contract if performance is good

  • MBO-level work and thinking (or similar vocational level)
  • Good Dutch language skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience in production or as an operator is a plus
