- Design and implement a skills-based OCM curriculum based on the OCM Skill Matrix and the 70-20-10 learning model
- Coordinate complete learning journeys (hire to retire) for change managers, project managers, leaders, and HR business partners
- Integrate OCM learning into role-based learning journeys of other academies
- Select a global provider with certified OCM trainers to deliver training worldwide
- Develop and roll out a Skill Gap Assessment Tool to measure OCM maturity at individual, team, and organizational levels
- Extensive experience in Learning & Development
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Organizational Change Management
- Proven ability to translate learning needs into structured learning paths
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Able to work effectively across global, regional, and local levels
- Team player with excellent networking and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and pragmatic in approach
Location: Eindhoven area
Duration: August to December 2025
Workload: 4-5 days per week
