
Customer Implementation Manager

- Project Management: Coordinate end-to-end implementation planning and execution. Define success criteria, manage scope and risks, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery through clear milestones and stakeholder alignment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with global customers, support them through onboarding and change management, and act as a reliable advisor throughout their transformation journey.
- Customer Experience Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on staffing, processes, IT integration, and vendor readiness. Oversee post-go-live support to ensure SLA/KPI compliance and operational stability.
- Commercial Engagement: Partner with commercial teams to align implementation with the solution sold. Support scope definition and ensure a smooth handover from sales to operations.
- Implementation Community: Share best practices, contribute to methodology improvements, and support initiatives that drive efficiency, collaboration, and continuous learning across the implementation function.
- Substantial experience in logistics and international supply chain management, including solid knowledge of supply chain operations within ocean, air, trucking, customs, and visibility
- Proven track record in project management and understanding of PMP methodology
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
- Proactive and curious, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
