Als Mixing Room Operator binnen het Optima Solutions-team van PPG ben je verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren, meten en controleren van de parameters en eigenschappen van coatingsystemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste materialen beschikbaar zijn op de juiste plek en dat de kwaliteit van het product gewaarborgd blijft in de productieomgeving van de klant.Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Zorgen voor voldoende materiaal, correcte niveaus en concentraties op gebruikspunten in de fabriek.
Controleren van materiaalparameters op de productielijn van de klant.
Bevorderen van continue verbetering en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
Beheren van materiaalvoorraden en inventaris binnen jouw werkgebied.
Rapporteren van afwijkingen of incidenten aan leidinggevenden.
Samenwerken met het team om operationele efficiëntie te verbeteren.

Jouw profiel:

Ervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving, bij voorkeur in de coatings- of auto-industrie.
Afgeronde middelbare schoolopleiding of technische opleiding (bijv. MBO).
Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken.
Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen en standaard operationele procedures.
Certificaat voor heftruck of elektrische pallettruck is een pré.
