- Standardize Master Data objects and processes across the organization, ensuring consistency and compatibility. Act as focal point for supported teams.
- Implement and maintain a robust system for monitoring Master Data quality, developing and executing necessary action plans to address issues. Monitor Master Data quality at global level and leverage necessary action plan at local level.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and gather requirements related to Master Data management.
- Build and manage an extensive Master Data network, facilitating seamless data flow and integration across various systems.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and provide valuable insights to enhance the Master Data core model and its associated functions. Design and implement an adaptive Master Data core model that evolves with changing business needs and technological advancements.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement in Master Data processes and proactively initiate related projects to enhance efficiency.
- Actively participate in new product launches and other strategic projects, ensuring proper Master Data integration and support.
- Lead or actively contribute to system/tool deployment and enhancement projects, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Oversee user access management and act as a risk controller for Master Data systems and tools, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Provide prompt and effective technical support to resolve operational incidents raised by users, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Develop and deliver digital solutions to ensure business continuity, particularly during critical periods or unforeseen challenges.
- Draft, update, and maintain comprehensive standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Master Data management, ensuring clear guidelines for all stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in master data management.
- Proficiency of SAP MM module system & related operational tasks at the level of expert user support. Knowledge of other tools such as: FLOWG, CORTEX, DQM, Power BI would be preferred.
- Ideally with knowledge on M&S, but opened for other GBUs background.
- Having excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and execute tasks with minimal supervision. Possession of a customer service and process-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of other European languages considered a plus.
