
SAP Business Analyst – Operational Purchasing

- Drafting process designs for the operational purchasing process during the refinement phase (in conjunction with SAP consultants).
- Documenting design decisions and business/IV requirements related to the above process designs during SAP workshops and internal preparation sessions.
- Inventory and guidance of business and IT requirements, and determining the impact on current process designs.
- The above activities are carried out in collaboration with the business architect and purchasing business analyst. We also handle sales processes for the buisness, which supplies P&D to other bodies, and we are familiar with production planning. The SAP landscape is undergoing significant changes, such as the migration to S/4HANA and the arrival of new cloud solutions like Ariba, BTP, and ALM. For the phase-out of SAP SRM to SAP S/4HANA, a business analyst is being sought to support all operational purchasing activities during the refinement, realization, and implementation phases of the project. Some relevant topics for this phase-out include:
- 1) Interfaces between S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, Dior (Dutch government application for hiring employees), and LXP (Dutch government application for requesting training courses)
- 2) Regular payment request, including order approval flow and goods receipt
- 3) More complex application types, such as training and hiring
- Experience as a business analyst (large and complex projects)
- Agile/Scrum Foundation
- A relevant completed academic degree, for example, in a business administration or information management field
- Large (complex) projects and/or business analysis assignments (5 years)
- Knowledge of drawing up BPMN process designs and MOSCOW requirements.
- Knowledge of operational purchasing processes (requisition and order process) in SAP SRM and S/4HANA.
- In addition, specific attention is paid to the following competencies:
