You are a frontrunner when it comes to delivering service and you set a good example for your team.How you pedal us forwardYou are responsible for the daily store & field management in ArnhemYou spend approximately 50% of your time in the shop to greet customers and be a part of the Swapper teamYou manage a service team (our so called Swappers) with different responsibilities (Store, Field, repair, and bike hunters), and train them to deliver top notch customer serviceYou take care of the on-boarding and off-boarding of new team members and think along to make this process even betterYou are the face of the Swapfiets Store & Field service in the Arnhem region and ultimately provide epic service to our customersYou are the link between the Swappers, our members and the District Manager of your areaYou are responsible for local HR and recruitmentYou create and run local marketing activations to increase brand perception in your cityThe gear you needYou speak English on a (near) native level and it would be a big benefit if you speak DutchYou ideally have a driver’s licenseYou’ve got an amazing customer focus and know how to put a smile on our members’ facesAffinity for bikes - prior bike mechanic experience is a plus, but not mandatory (we teach you everything you need to know!)You prefer to work independently and can therefore make the right decisionsYou feel good about your day when every member got great service and your team worked hard and was motivatedWith your help everybody knows what to do, you always communicate clearly and honestlyYou live in Arnhem and you know the city like the back of your handBenefits for a smooth ride!Your own Swapfiets (lend-lease) 🚲!37 days of annual leave!A discount on your Urban Sports club membershipPrivate health insuranceA solid pension schemeMacBook or a Windows laptop (what you prefer)Lots of responsibility, challenging work, and friendly colleaguesLearning programs developed by our L&D departmentLots of workshops and inspirational talksPedalling Towards Inclusivity at Swapfiets! 🚲
