Our product range covers everything from premium CBD to cutting-edge smoking accessories—and we’re just getting started.About the RoleWe're looking for an Ecommerce Merchandiser who doesn’t just upload products—they craft digital storefronts that sell. You'll take ownership of how products show up, stand out, and convert across our high-traffic websites. This isn’t a passive backend role. This is for someone who thinks like a marketer, moves like an operator, and sweats the details like a designer.You’ll work hands-on with our SEO team, content leads, photographers, and devs to make sure our catalogue isn’t just up to date—it’s optimized, compelling, and always one step ahead of the market.Tasks
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle on our WooCommerce platforms—from product setup to launch, updates, and retirement.
  • Write and optimise product descriptions that are punchy, clear, and SEO-friendly.
  • Lead the coordination of product photography—from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with our SEO team to create listings that rank, convert, and scale.
  • Use AI tools + WPML to manage multilingual product translations (no, you don’t need to be a polyglot—we've got tech for that).
  • Audit product performance using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve UX, click-throughs, and conversions.
  • Continuously improve on-site merchandising, from homepage banners to category hierarchy, seasonal campaigns, and special drops.
  • Spot merchandising opportunities based on customer behavior, competitor analysis, and inventory data.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or performance marketing.
  • Pro-level comfort with WordPress / WooCommerce.
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, or similar platforms.
  • Creative eye + analytical mind: You can make things look good and work better.
  • You’re a systems thinker—you build processes, not just one-offs.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external vendors.
  • You’re not scared of pace. You thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
