We actively use AI and AI-based tools daily to help up be better communicatorsAbout the RoleWorkday is looking for a proactive and adaptable Corporate Communications Senior Manager with at least 5+ years of experience to join our international team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Public Relations, EMEA, this role is for a creative and enthusiastic individual with excellent writing skills and social media expertise, who thrives in a dynamic environment!Your primary role is to drive Workday's market expansion in the Benelux and Nordics, achieving results through strategic communications and regional partnerships. You will be instrumental in supporting the regional teams to achieve operational excellence. Key responsibilities include timely and impactful activity execution and successful reporting.You will also collaborate closely with the wider Corporate Communications team. A strong appetite for knowledge and a can-do attitude is essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesShape and implement multifaceted communication strategies, incorporating the latest industry trends and facilitating engaging media events to elevate our brand in Benelux & Nordics:Build and grow media relations, including handling coverage results, assisting with press office function, establishing relationships with influencers, and identifying editorial opportunities.Secure high-value opportunities and maximise brand awareness in these up-and-coming markets.Drive customer and partner programmes that amplify successes and support market adoption in the regionCreate communication materials: draft, edit, and produce content including press releases, social media posts, bylines and comments, and media briefings.Provide critical communications counsel: Serve as an advisor and offer counsel to business leaders.Measure and report: Create reports, demonstrating the impact of communications on business goals, evaluate campaign efficiency, and ensure results against goals.Lead cross-functional teamwork, ensuring communications efforts are tightly aligned with business objectives and measurably impact growth.Act as a critical partner to regional marketing teams for coordinated go-to-market success.Develop high-impact thought leadership content tailored to the region, positioning Workday as an industry innovator.About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of industry experienceFluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)Experienced in technical writingAbility to travel occasionally within EMEAOther QualificationsDemonstrates creativity and strong project management abilities.Experience in a fast-paced work environment.Stays current with the evolving technology landscape.Skilled in creating engaging content for digital and social mediaCommunicates with maturity and poise, possessing excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Proficient in visual/slide design (e.g. Google Slides, Power Point).Our Approach to Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
